Dr. Isaac Manke is an independent director of Addex and a member of the Audit Committee. He has more than 15 years of experience in the life science industry as an investor, research analyst, consultant and scientist. He was a General Partner at Acorn Bioventures for over five years, investing in small-cap public and private biotechnology companies, and previously spent 11 years at New Leaf Venture Partners, where he led public investment activities and managed the NLV Biopharma Opportunities Funds from 2014 to 2019. He is a director of OnKure Therapeutics (Nasdaq: OKUR) and Q32 Bio (Nasdaq: QTTB) and has served on the boards of True North Therapeutics (acquired by Bioverativ) and Karos Pharmaceuticals. He received a B.A. in Biology and a B.A. in Chemistry from Minnesota State University (Moorhead) and a Ph.D. in Biophysical Chemistry and Molecular Structure from MIT.
