Ron Squarer has served as Chairman of ADC Therapeutics' board of directors since April 2020. He served as Board Chair of Deciphera Pharmaceuticals through its acquisition by Ono Pharmaceutical (~$2.5 billion) in June 2024 and was formerly Chief Executive Officer of Array Biopharma through its acquisition by Pfizer ($11.8 billion) in August 2019, following the launches of Braftovi and Mektovi. He currently serves on the boards of Nuvalent and Travere Therapeutics. Earlier he held roles of increasing responsibility at Hospira (now Pfizer), including Chief Commercial Officer, and at Mayne Pharma, Pfizer and SmithKline Beecham. Mr. Squarer earned an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a bachelor's degree in biochemistry from the University of California, Berkeley.
