Ron Squarer has served as Chairman of ADC Therapeutics' board of directors since April 2020. He served as Board Chair of Deciphera Pharmaceuticals through its acquisition by Ono Pharmaceutical (~$2.5 billion) in June 2024 and was formerly Chief Executive Officer of Array Biopharma through its acquisition by Pfizer ($11.8 billion) in August 2019, following the launches of Braftovi and Mektovi. He currently serves on the boards of Nuvalent and Travere Therapeutics. Earlier he held roles of increasing responsibility at Hospira (now Pfizer), including Chief Commercial Officer, and at Mayne Pharma, Pfizer and SmithKline Beecham. Mr. Squarer earned an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a bachelor's degree in biochemistry from the University of California, Berkeley.

Peter Hug, Ph.D., has served as a member of ADC Therapeutics' board of directors since June 2019 and serves as Lead Independent Director and Vice-Chairman. From 1983 to 2018 he served in various positions at F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd., including head of Roche Pharma EEMEA region, head of Roche Pharma Europe region and Executive Vice President of Roche Pharma Partnering. Dr. Hug holds a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Basel.

Robert Azelby has served as a member of ADC Therapeutics' board of directors since June 2023. From October 2020 to February 2023 he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Eliem Therapeutics, and previously Chief Executive Officer of Alder BioPharmaceuticals until its 2019 acquisition by H. Lundbeck, and Executive Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer of Juno Therapeutics; earlier he held various positions at Amgen, including vice president and general manager, oncology. He currently serves on the boards of Autolus Therapeutics, Cardinal Health and Terns Pharmaceuticals. Mr. Azelby holds a B.A. in Economics and Religious Studies from the University of Virginia and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Jean-Pierre Bizzari, M.D., has served as a member of ADC Therapeutics' board of directors since June 2022. He is a member of the scientific advisory board of France's National Cancer Institute and a board member of the European Organisation for Research and Treatment of Cancer. From 2008 to 2015 he served as Executive Vice President, Group Head of Clinical Development Oncology at Celgene, and earlier held senior clinical development positions at Sanofi, Aventis and Rhone-Poulenc. He also serves on the board of APREA Therapeutics and previously served on the boards of Transgene, Onxeo, Compugen and Halozyme Therapeutics. Dr. Bizzari holds an M.D. from Nice Medical School.

Timothy Coughlin, CPA, has served as a member of ADC Therapeutics' board of directors since June 2025. He is the former Chief Financial Officer of Neurocrine Biosciences (2002-2018), during which INGREZZA and ORILISSA were discovered and developed. He currently serves on the board of Travere Therapeutics and as chair of the board of aTyr Pharma, and previously served on the boards of Peloton Therapeutics (through its 2019 sale to Merck) and Fate Therapeutics. Earlier he was Vice President, Financial Services at Catholic Health Initiatives and a senior manager in the health sciences practice of Ernst & Young. Mr. Coughlin holds a master's degree in international business from San Diego State University and a bachelor's degree in accounting from Temple University and is a certified public accountant in California and Pennsylvania.

Viviane Monges has served as a member of ADC Therapeutics' board of directors since June 2021 and has more than 30 years of executive-level financial leadership experience with global corporations, predominantly in the pharmaceutical industry. From 2015 to 2017 she served as Chief Financial Officer of the Business Excellence Division at Nestle, and previously as Group CFO at Galderma; EMEA CFO and then Global CFO of the OTC Division at Novartis; and CFO of the Europe Region and of the Global Pharma Business unit at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals/Pfizer. She also serves on the boards of bioMerieux and Pharvaris, and previously served on the boards of UCB, EUROAPI, Idorsia and DBV Technologies. She holds a B.A. and an M.B.A. in finance and public administration from the Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Paris.

Tyrell J. Rivers, Ph.D., has served as a member of ADC Therapeutics' board of directors since June 2018. He is a Vice President within AstraZeneca's Corporate Development & Ventures group, where he has been since 2014, and from 2009 to 2014 was at MedImmune Ventures specializing in biotechnology investing. He also serves on the board of Cellectis. Dr. Rivers holds a B.S. in chemical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an M.S. in engineering and a Ph.D. in chemical engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, and an M.B.A. from New York University's Stern School of Business.

Victor Sandor, M.D.C.M., has served as a member of ADC Therapeutics' board of directors since April 2020. He was most recently Chief Medical Officer at Array BioPharma from 2014 to 2019, prior to its acquisition by Pfizer, where he was instrumental in obtaining approval of Braftovi and Mektovi. Earlier he was Senior Vice President for Global Clinical Development at Incyte, where he played a critical role in the approval of Jakafi, Vice President and Chief Medical Officer for Oncology at Biogen Idec, and held oncology product development roles at AstraZeneca. Dr. Sandor currently serves on the boards of Kymera Therapeutics and Prelude Therapeutics. He received his M.D.C.M. from McGill University and completed fellowship training in Medical Oncology at the National Institutes of Health.

Ameet Mallik has served as ADC Therapeutics' Chief Executive Officer since May 2022 and as a member of the board of directors since June 2022. From 2005 to April 2021 he held various positions at Novartis, including Executive Vice President and Head of U.S. Oncology (2017-2021) and Senior Vice President, Head of Global Marketing, Value and Access (2015-2017); he earlier held commercial roles at Sandoz and was an Associate Principal at McKinsey. From May 2021 to January 2022 he served as Chief Executive Officer of Rafael Holdings. Mr. Mallik holds an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an M.S. in Biotechnology and B.S. in Chemical Engineering, both from Northwestern University.

Jose “Pepe” Carmona has served as ADC Therapeutics' Chief Financial Officer since December 2022. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Rubius Therapeutics (2020-2022) and of Radius Health (2017-2020), and before that as Chief Financial Officer of Innocoll Holdings and of Alcon Europe, Middle East & Africa, a division of Novartis, after numerous financial management positions of increasing responsibility at Novartis. Mr. Carmona holds a B.S. in industrial civil engineering from Universidad Tecnica Federico Santa Maria and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.

Mohamed Zaki, M.D., Ph.D., has served as ADC Therapeutics' Chief Medical Officer since January 2023. From September 2018 to December 2022 he served in senior clinical development roles at AbbVie, including Vice President & Global Head of Oncology Clinical Development and Vice President & Global Head of Hematology Clinical Development, and from 2010 to 2018 in various senior clinical development roles at Celgene; earlier he worked at Sanofi-Aventis and at Centocor, a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson. Dr. Zaki holds an M.D. and M.S. from Ain Shams University School of Medicine and a Ph.D. held jointly from the University of Pennsylvania and Ain Shams University.

Peter Graham has served as ADC Therapeutics' Chief Legal and Compliance Officer and Secretary since March 2024, having previously served as Chief Legal Officer and Secretary since November 2022. From 2015 until its sale to Halozyme Therapeutics in 2022 he served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, Human Resources and Secretary of Antares Pharma, and from 2010 to 2015 as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Global Human Resources at Delcath Systems; he earlier held senior legal and compliance roles at ACIST Medical Systems, E-Z-EM and AngioDynamics. Mr. Graham received his J.D. from Yeshiva University's Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Kristen Harrington-Smith serves as ADC Therapeutics' Chief Commercial Officer, which she joined in November 2022, and brings more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. She was most recently Chief Commercial Officer at ImmunoGen, and previously held roles at Novartis including U.S. Commercial Head of Hematology, where she was responsible for the Kymriah CAR-T launch. She holds a B.A. from Williams College and an M.B.A. from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina.

David Ege serves as ADC Therapeutics' Chief Technical Officer and has more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a focus on biologics, vaccines and novel modalities. He was previously Chief Technical Officer at Seres Therapeutics, and earlier spent more than 20 years at Merck across research and development, manufacturing and supply chain roles, contributing to launches including Gardasil and Keytruda. He holds a B.S.E. in Chemical Engineering (summa cum laude) from Princeton University and a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.

Kimberly Pope serves as ADC Therapeutics' Chief People Officer and has more than 30 years of experience in human resources, including over 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry. She previously served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Array BioPharma, as Group Vice President of HR at IDEX Corporation, and for over 15 years in various HR roles at Hospira. She holds an undergraduate degree in Marketing and Human Resources from the University of Iowa.
