Timothy Coughlin, CPA, has served as a member of ADC Therapeutics' board of directors since June 2025. He is the former Chief Financial Officer of Neurocrine Biosciences (2002-2018), during which INGREZZA and ORILISSA were discovered and developed. He currently serves on the board of Travere Therapeutics and as chair of the board of aTyr Pharma, and previously served on the boards of Peloton Therapeutics (through its 2019 sale to Merck) and Fate Therapeutics. Earlier he was Vice President, Financial Services at Catholic Health Initiatives and a senior manager in the health sciences practice of Ernst & Young. Mr. Coughlin holds a master's degree in international business from San Diego State University and a bachelor's degree in accounting from Temple University and is a certified public accountant in California and Pennsylvania.
