Richmond Y. Holden, Jr. Director (Chairman, Executive, Compensation and Nominating Committees)

Richmond Y. Holden, Jr. has served as an Acme United director since 1998 and chairs the Board's Executive, Compensation and Nominating Committees. He served as President and CEO of INgageHub, a cloud-based marketing SaaS platform, from January 2015 through early 2016, continuing as a senior advisor until 2019. From 2007 through 2014 he held senior executive positions at School Specialty, Inc., a leading distributor of school supplies, equipment and curriculum products, last serving as Executive Vice President and President of the Curriculum Group (2013-2014) and previously President of Educational Resources (2010-2013). From 1992 to 2006 he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of J.L. Hammett Co., a national reseller of educational curriculum, equipment, furniture and products (acquired by School Specialty in 2006). He has served on corporate and non-profit boards, including Software Secure, Incorporated (2007-2016) and, since 2012, Codman Academy Charter Public School in Boston, where he has also served as President since 2024.

Susan H. Murphy Director (Compensation and Nominating Committees)

Dr. Susan H. Murphy has served as an Acme United director since 2003 and serves on the Compensation and Nominating Committees. She is Vice President Emerita of Cornell University, from which she retired in 2016 after a 38-year career that began in 1978; she served as Dean of Admissions and Financial Aid (1985-1994), Vice President of Student and Academic Services (1994-June 2015), and thereafter worked in Alumni Affairs and Development. She served on the Board of Trustees of Adelphi University from 2013, including as Vice Chair from 2016 to 2021, and on the Board of Directors of Kendal at Ithaca from 2014 to 2023. In January 2025 she joined the Board of Directors of Kendal Corporation, where she serves on the Governance Committee. She received a Ph.D. in Educational Administration from Cornell University.

Rex L. Davidson Director (Executive, Audit, Compensation and Nominating Committees)

Rex L. Davidson has served as an Acme United director since 2006 and serves on the Executive, Audit, Compensation and Nominating Committees. Since 2009 he has been President of Rex Davidson Associates, LLC, a management consulting service focused on data privacy, cybersecurity and human capital matters. He served as Executive Director of the Helms Fund (2013-2019) and as Executive Director of Las Cumbres Community Services (2009-2019), which provides developmental disability and mental health services in Northern New Mexico, and as its Director of Special Initiatives (2020-2021). From 1982 to 2009 he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Goodwill Industries of Greater New York and Northern New Jersey, Inc., then an organization with over 2,000 employees and revenues in excess of $100 million, and also served as President of Goodwill Industries Housing Corporation.

Brian K. Barker Director (Audit Committee)

Brian K. Barker has served as an Acme United director since 2019 and serves on the Audit Committee. He was a founder of AntelopeAI, LLC, an artificial intelligence and machine learning start-up, and served as its CEO from December 2018 until his retirement in 2022. He was a founder, director and CEO of NorthBay Solutions, LLC, a big data and analytics company, from 2010 to 2018 and continues to serve as a director. Since January 2024 he has served on the Board of Directors of Zeptive, a provider of vape detection and air quality monitoring technology. He was General Manager of the xDoc business unit at Document Sciences Corporation (2007-2010, through its 2008 acquisition by EMC Corporation), CEO of Cambridge Technology Vision, LLC (1997-2001) and President of ClearSpring Technologies, Inc. (1989-1992). He is co-inventor of Acquisition Trustee, which Intralinks Holdings, Inc. acquired for its secure document-sharing platform.

Paul J. Conway Director (Chairman, Audit Committee)

Paul J. Conway has served as an Acme United director since 2024 and chairs the Audit Committee, where the Board has determined he qualifies as an audit committee financial expert. He is a founder and was managing member of Spark Capital Partners, LLC, an early-stage technology venture capital firm organized in July 2005, serving as its Chief Operating Officer from 2022 until his retirement in mid-2024 and as its Chief Financial Officer from 2005 to 2021. From 2001 to 2005 he was an executive consultant to early-stage technology companies, primarily serving as an interim CFO, and from 1988 to 2000 he was Chief Financial Officer of Charles River Ventures. Earlier, at Touche Ross & Co. (1981-1986), now part of Deloitte, he rose to audit manager. He was a licensed Certified Public Accountant for over 10 years.

Walter C. Johnsen Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer

Walter C. Johnsen has served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Acme United Corporation since January 1, 2007, and previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer from November 30, 1995 to December 31, 2006. He has been a director since 1995. Before joining Acme United he served as Vice Chairman and a principal of Marshall Products, Inc., a medical supply distributor. Across more than thirty years as the Company's Chief Executive Officer he has led its transformation into a leading worldwide supplier of first aid and medical products and cutting technology, diversifying the business so that first aid and medical products now account for roughly two-thirds of sales, and driving a long-term program of acquisitions, domestic manufacturing investment and Asian sourcing. He is the Company's largest shareholder.

Brian S. Olschan President and Chief Operating Officer

Brian S. Olschan has served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Acme United Corporation since January 1, 2007, having previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from January 1999 to December 31, 2006 and as Senior Vice President—Sales and Marketing from September 1996 to January 1999. He has been a director since 2000. Before joining Acme United he was Vice President and General Manager of the Cordset and Assembly Business of General Cable Corporation, an electrical wire and cable manufacturer. He has more than 29 years of senior management experience at the Company overseeing sales, marketing and operations.

Paul G. Driscoll Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer

Paul G. Driscoll serves as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Acme United Corporation, and also as the Company's Secretary and Treasurer. He is responsible for the Company's financial reporting, treasury, tax and administrative functions and is a named executive officer. He sits, together with the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer, on the committee that administers the Company's Deferred Compensation Plan.
