Haiping Dun has served as a director of ACM Research since 2003 and is an independent director, chairing the Compensation Committee and serving on the Audit Committee. He was President of Champion Microelectronic Corp., a Taiwan-based integrated circuit company, from 2008 to 2018, and earlier was a Senior Director of Intel Corporation, where he was employed from 1983 to 2004. He received a Ph.D. in material science and engineering from Stanford University, a Master of Science in physics from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science in physics from National Taiwan University.

Tracy Liu has served as a director of ACM Research since September 2016 and is an independent director, chairing the Audit Committee and serving on the Compensation and the Nominating and Governance Committees. She has been Managing Partner of H&M Int'l CPAs, LLP since January 2017, and was founder and owner of H&M Financial Consulting from 2006 to 2016, providing international accounting and tax solutions to high-technology companies. She received a Bachelor of Science from Nankai University and a Master of Accounting and Tax from Golden Gate University, and is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Charles Pappis has served as a director of ACM Research since March 2025 and is an independent director, chairing the Nominating and Governance Committee and serving on the Audit Committee. He has been President of Pappis Consulting since April 2016, and previously served as a Vice President and General Manager at Applied Materials from 1986 to 2016. He received a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an Executive MBA from Stanford University.

Dr. David H. Wang founded ACM Research in 1998 and serves as its Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President, and has been a director since 1998. He is the inventor of ACM's stress-free copper polishing technology and holds more than 100 patents in semiconductor equipment and process technology. Under his leadership ACM has built a broad portfolio of differentiated wet-processing tools spanning single-wafer cleaning, electrochemical plating, furnace, track, PECVD and advanced-packaging equipment, with operations conducted primarily through its ACM Research (Shanghai), Inc. subsidiary. He holds a Ph.D. and a Master of Engineering in precision engineering from Osaka University and a Bachelor of Science in precision instruments from Tsinghua University. David Wang and Jian Wang are brothers.

Mark McKechnie has served as Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary of ACM Research since November 2019, after joining as Vice President of Finance in July 2018. Before ACM he was Vice President of Investor Relations and Strategic Initiatives at smart-grid provider Silver Spring Networks (2014-2018) and Managing Director of Technology Equity Research at investment bank Evercore Partners (2012-2014). He received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and a Master of Business Administration from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Jian Wang has served as Chief Executive Officer and President of ACM's principal operating subsidiary, ACM Research (Shanghai), Inc., since November 2019. He previously served as Vice President of Research and Development of ACM Shanghai (2015-2019) and as Director of Research and Development (2011-2015), where he focused on stress-free polishing and electro-chemical-copper-planarization technologies. He received a Master of Science in computer science from Northwestern Polytechnic University, a Master of Science in marine engineering from Kobe University and a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Southeast University. Jian Wang and David Wang are brothers.

Lisa Feng has served as Chief Financial Officer of ACM Research (Shanghai), Inc. since November 2019. She previously served as Chief Accounting Officer, Interim Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of ACM Research, Inc. from January 2018 to November 2019, and before that was Financial Controller (2017-2018) and Corporate Controller (2008-2017) of fabless semiconductor company Amlogic. She received a Bachelor of Science in Business/Economics from Southern Connecticut State University and a Master of Science in Accounting from Golden Gate University.

Sotheara Cheav has served as Senior Vice President, Manufacturing of ACM Research, Inc. since April 2025, having held the same title at ACM Research (Shanghai), Inc. from May 2019. He earlier served as Vice President, Manufacturing of ACM Shanghai (2015-2019) and Director of Manufacturing (2011-2014). He received a Bachelor of Science in Science and Technology from the University of Cambodia and an Associate of Science in Electronics from Bay Valley Technical Institute.

Fuping Chen has served as Vice President, Sales-China of ACM Research (Shanghai), Inc. since January 2018. He previously served as Senior Technical Director of ACM Research, Inc. (2010-2017) and as an Assistant Wet Process Manager at SK Hynix (2006-2010). He received a Bachelor of Science in Material Science and Engineering from Nanjing University of Technology and a Master of Science in Material Science and Engineering from Zhejiang University.
