Adalio T. Sanchez joined the ACI Worldwide Board in 2015 and has served as Chairman of the Board since November 2022. An information technology industry veteran, he is President of S Group Advisory, LLC, and previously served as interim CEO of Quantum Corporation, Senior Vice President of Lenovo Group, and held senior executive and global general-management roles over sixteen years at IBM. He also serves as a director of Avnet, Inc. and on the Supervisory Board of ASM International N.V.

Juan A. Benitez joined the ACI Worldwide Board in 2024 and serves on the Audit and Compensation Committees. He brings deep payments and financial-services technology experience, having served as President of GoFundMe and in leadership roles at PayPal, including Chief Technology Officer and General Manager of Braintree Payments, and earlier spent nine years at Yahoo! in its Advertising Products Group.

Kimberly deBeers joined the ACI Worldwide Board in 2026 and serves on the Audit and Corporate Governance Committees. She has more than 20 years of legal and operational experience advising public and private companies on complex strategic matters, including domestic and cross-border M&A, debt and capital markets, and enterprise risk, having been a Partner at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP until her retirement in February 2025. She also serves as a director of O'Reilly Automotive, Inc.

Todd Ford joined the ACI Worldwide Board in 2025 and serves on the Audit and Compensation Committees. He brings extensive financial, operational and SaaS leadership experience, having served as President, CFO and EVP Operations of Coupa through its $8.0 billion sale to Thoma Bravo in 2023, and previously as CFO of MobileIron. He is Managing Director of Broken Arrow Capital and serves as a director of 8x8 Inc.

Mary P. Harman joined the ACI Worldwide Board in 2021, chairs the Corporate Governance Committee, and serves on the Compensation Committee. She has a strong background in the financial-services and payments industries, having held leadership positions at Bank of America Corporation (most recently Managing Director, Enterprise Payments), GE Equity, and Ernst & Young LLP. She currently serves as a Non-Executive Director of Capital Markets Gateway, LLC.

Didier Lamouche rejoined the ACI Worldwide Board in 2025, having previously served from October 2022 to June 2023, and chairs the Compensation Committee while serving on the Corporate Governance Committee. He brings decades of global technology leadership, having served as President and CEO of Oberthur Technologies (later IDEMIA), COO of STMicroelectronics, CEO of ST-Ericsson, and Chairman and CEO of Bull Group. He also serves on the boards of Quadient, Adecco Group AG, and ASM International N.V.

Katrinka B. McCallum joined the ACI Worldwide Board in 2024, serves on the Audit and Corporate Governance Committees, and is a designated Audit Committee financial expert. She held a variety of leadership roles over more than a decade at Red Hat, including Vice President of Customer and Product Experience, and earlier was Chief Operating Officer and a director of Micromuse Inc. and a Senior Auditor at Deloitte & Touche LLP. She also serves as a director of Intrusion, Inc.

Thomas W. Warsop III joined the ACI Worldwide Board in 2015, became non-executive Chairman in June 2022, and was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer effective June 1, 2023. He has an extensive background in payments and financial services, having led portfolio companies for private-equity firms (including One Call Care Management, York Risk Services Group and The Warranty Group) and served as Group President at Fiserv, Inc. from 2007 to 2012. Earlier he spent 17 years at Electronic Data Systems in various senior roles, and he holds a BBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University.

Samir M. Zabaneh joined the ACI Worldwide Board in 2021, chairs the Audit Committee, serves on the Compensation Committee, and is a designated Audit Committee financial expert. He is currently CEO and Chairman of TouchBistro, Inc. and lead director of Nuvei, and has held senior payments and finance leadership positions at Fiserv (previously First Data), Element Fleet Management, Heartland Payment Systems, and Moneris Solutions.

Robert W. Leibrock was appointed Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer of ACI Worldwide effective July 1, 2025. He joined from Red Hat, where he served as Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, and previously spent nearly 20 years at IBM in senior finance and software roles, most recently as Corporate Assistant Controller. He holds a BA in Business Administration in Finance from the University of Connecticut.

Ronald C. Shultz has served as General Manager of ACI Speedpay since joining ACI Worldwide on January 23, 2023. Prior to ACI he was Executive Vice President of Global Bill Pay at Mastercard, where he also led the New Payment Flows business in North America, and held CEO roles at two acquired bill-pay companies. He co-founded Billbridge and earlier held roles at American Express, A.T. Kearney and Price Waterhouse, and holds an MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management.

Erich J. Litch began serving as General Manager of Payment Software on January 14, 2025, after joining ACI Worldwide on October 15, 2024 as Head of Merchant Solutions. Prior to ACI he was President and Chief Operating Officer of 2Checkout, and earlier held senior leadership roles at Fiserv, CheckFree and Corillian supporting enterprise software and payments solutions. He holds a J.D. from Loyola Law School and a BA from UCLA.

JP Krishnamoorthy serves as ACI Worldwide's Chief Innovation and Technology Officer. On January 13, 2026 he assumed the responsibilities of the departing Chief Technology Officer, Abe Kuruvilla.

Abraham (Abe) Kuruvilla served as ACI Worldwide's Chief Technology Officer, a named executive officer for fiscal 2025. The Company and Mr. Kuruvilla agreed on January 13, 2026 that his employment would cease effective January 15, 2026, with his technology responsibilities assumed by JP Krishnamoorthy.

Scott W. Behrens served as ACI Worldwide's Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer, and was a named executive officer for fiscal 2025. ACI announced his retirement on May 8, 2025; he ceased serving as CFO and as an officer effective July 1, 2025 and remained an employee of the Company through December 31, 2025.

Alessandro Silva served as ACI Worldwide's Chief Revenue Officer, a named executive officer for fiscal 2025. Effective September 30, 2025 the Chief Revenue Officer position was eliminated, with its functions absorbed by the payment-software and biller segment general managers and regional sales leaders, and Mr. Silva left the Company.
