Share Repurchase Program

Abivax does not operate a share repurchase program. As a pre-revenue clinical-stage biotech it is funding operations through equity and structured-debt financings rather than returning capital. In July 2025 it completed a $747.5 million (approximately EUR 637.5 million gross) underwritten public offering of ADSs, and during 2025 it settled all of its outstanding debt (Heights Capital Management convertible notes and the Kreos Capital / Claret structured debt). In May 2026 it agreed to repurchase and cancel its September 2022 royalty certificates for $90 million (partly settled in shares). No dividend is paid.

Customer Concentration

Not applicable. Abivax is a pre-revenue, clinical-stage biotechnology company with no approved products and therefore no product revenue or customer concentration. Operating income to date consists predominantly of French research tax credit (Credit d'Impot Recherche), subsidies, and fees collected on ADS transactions rather than commercial sales.
