3D Systems Corp leadership

Dr. Graves has served as the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer since May 2020 and as a director since 2020. From 2012 to May 2020 he was CEO, President and Director of MTS Systems Corporation, and from 2005 to 2012 he was President and CEO of C&D Technologies, Inc. He held leadership roles at Kemet Corporation as COO (2001-2003) and CEO (2003-2005), and earlier roles at General Electric, Rockwell Automation and Howmet Corporation. He serves on the board of Integra Lifesciences Holdings Corporation.

Mr. McClure has been a Managing Partner of Michigan Capital Advisors since 2014 and has served as Chair of the Board since 2018. He was Chair, CEO and President of Meritor, Inc. (2004-2013), CEO/President/board member of Federal Mogul Corp. (2002-2004, joining 2001 as President and COO), and President, CEO and board member of Detroit Diesel after 14 years at Johnson Controls. He sits on the boards of DTE Energy Company and Crane Company.

Ms. Clinton has served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Meritage Homes Corporation since April 2022 and previously was SVP, General Counsel and Secretary at The Aerospace Corporation from 2009 through March 2022. She worked at Northrop Grumman from 2002 to 2009, earlier at TRW Space Technology, and began her career as an Associate at Tuttle & Taylor. She chairs the Compliance, Corporate Governance and Sustainability Committee.

Ms. Drayton was CFO of Quantum-Si from April 2021 to June 2023 and CFO of CHF Solutions (now Nuwellis, Inc.) from January 2015 to April 2021. She spent 15 years with Medtronic plc and was an audit and business advisory manager at Arthur Andersen LLP. She chairs the Audit Committee and is NACD Directorship Certified.

Mr. Erickson has been President and CEO of ECG Ventures, Inc. since 1988 and Chair of the Board of Dermatologists of Central States, LLC since 2022. He has served as chair and/or interim CEO of numerous healthcare companies including National Medical Health Card Systems, LifeCare Holdings, Luminex Corporation, Western Dental Services, and Omega Healthcare Investors, and co-founded CareSelect Group, Inc.

Mr. Kever has been a Principal of Voyent Partners, LLC since 2001. He was President and Co-CEO of the Transaction Services Division of WebMD Corporation (formerly Envoy Corporation) from 1995 to 2001, and before 1995 served as Envoy Corporation's Executive Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel.

Mr. Moore has been with The Clark Estates, Inc., a private investment firm and major company stockholder, for more than 30 years, where he is Vice Chairman and Director.

Dr. Padmanabhan has served as President, Global Ear, Nose & Throat Business Unit and President Global Research & Development, and as a member of the Executive Committee, for Smith+Nephew since August 2016. He was SVP for Thoratec Corporation from June 2014 until its acquisition by St. Jude Medical in October 2015, and spent 18 years at Medtronic plc in its Cardiac Rhythm Management business.

Dr. Tracy retired from The Boeing Company in 2016 as its Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President, Engineering, Operations, and Technology, with more than 37 years of aerospace-industry experience. He earlier served as VP, Engineering and Mission Assurance for Boeing Integrated Defense Systems and in roles at Hercules and McDonnell Douglas. He is a member of the National Academy of Engineering.

Ms. Nordstrom joined 3D Systems in August 2021 as Executive Vice President, Chief People Officer and Chief Compliance Officer, was appointed Chief Administrative Officer effective December 2022, became interim CFO in 2025, and was appointed permanent EVP, CFO and Chief Administrative Officer effective March 23, 2026, serving as principal financial and accounting officer. She was previously SVP and Chief Risk & Compliance Officer at MTS Systems Corporation (May 2016-July 2021) and held leadership roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Target, and US Bank.

Mr. Hull is a founder of the Company and served as a director from 1993 to May 2022, when he was designated Director Emeritus. He has been Chief Technology Officer since 1997, Executive Vice President since 2000, and Chief Technology Officer for Regenerative Medicine since 2021. He has served in various executive capacities since 1986, including Chief Executive Officer, Vice Chairman of the Board, and President and Chief Operating Officer.

Mr. Puthenveetil has served as Executive Vice President, Additive Solutions and Chief Commercial Officer since January 2024, after serving as Executive Vice President, Industrial Solutions from July 2020 to January 2024. He previously spent 25 years as a management consultant for Group Newhouse, helping companies such as Lockheed Martin, Xcel Energy, Kia Motors, and Thales Group.

Dr. Zuiker has served as Executive Vice President of Engineering and Operations since December 2022. He was previously VP of Engineering, Operations, and Order Fulfillment for MTS Systems Corporation (July 2017-December 2022), Senior Director of Technology for Halliburton's Sperry Drilling (September 2011-July 2016), and worked at General Electric (December 1995-August 2011) in roles including General Manager of GE Gasification Technology and GE Hydro Technology. He is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt.

Mr. Wright has served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary since June 2024. He was previously General Counsel and Secretary for Akoustis Technologies, Inc. (November 2017-June 2024), held Assistant and Associate General Counsel roles at Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions, Inc. (August 2013-November 2017), held multiple roles in the IBM Corporation legal department (January 1998-August 2013), and worked at Parker, Poe, Adams & Bernstein L.L.P. (August 1994-December 1997).
