TransDigm Group acquired Talley Actuation (actuation business of Telair International, Inc.) for $93.6 million, a transaction completed in December 2010, structured as cash.

AeroControlex Group, a TransDigm subsidiary, acquired the actuation business of Telair International, Inc., a subsidiary of Teleflex Incorporated.

Added proprietary actuation product lines.
