The acquired business had annual sales of roughly $4 million and employed 50 people. It was folded into Parker's Filtration Group with sales reported in the International Industrial segment.
Expands Parker's base business and end-market exposure in the strategically important Indian growth market, adding local manufacturing, product breadth and distribution/OEM relationships.
