OpenText acquired KineMatik, a Cork, Ireland-based provider of automated business process and project management solutions built on OpenText's Content Server. KineMatik's portfolio spans workflow automation, document change control, project management and electronic lab notebook (ELN) solutions used by organizations in life sciences, technology, finance, energy and other regulated industries.
OpenText added the KineMatik solution to its Content business to help enterprise customers in regulated industries meet high standards in business process and project management, reinforcing its Information Management portfolio.
