Microsoft Corporation acquired MetricsHub, a transaction announced in March 2013.
MetricsHub operates in Windows Azure (cloud monitoring / performance management). MetricsHub was a cloud-monitoring startup (a participant in the Microsoft Accelerator powered by TechStars) whose Active Cloud Monitoring technology automated cloud performance management, helping customers run their cloud services more efficiently and at lower cost. Microsoft acquired the company and brought its technology into Windows Azure.
Add automated Active Cloud Monitoring to Azure to help customers optimize cloud performance and cost.
