Microsoft Corporation acquired Apiphany, a transaction announced in October 2013.
Apiphany operates in Windows Azure (API Management). Apiphany was a leading API management delivery platform that gave businesses tools to expose APIs reliably, securely, and at scale while selectively gating access to sensitive data and services. Microsoft acquired it to build API management services into Windows Azure and help customers grow their API ecosystems.
Add enterprise API management to Azure so customers can securely expose and scale their APIs.
