RMG Group operates in Automation and Control Solutions (Honeywell Process Solutions), is based in Kassel, Germany. Honeywell acquired the RMG Group (RMG Regel + Messtechnik GmbH and subsidiaries), a Kassel, Germany-based global leader in natural-gas measurement and control products, services and integrated solutions including flow-metering, regulating and safety devices. RMG was integrated into Honeywell Process Solutions within the Automation and Control Solutions segment.
Strengthen Honeywell's position in the high-growth natural-gas sector across transportation, storage, distribution and industrial consumption.
