COM DEV International is a leading provider of satellite and space components and subsystems, with equipment on more than 950 spacecraft and a large share of commercial communication satellites. Honeywell acquired all outstanding COM DEV shares to grow its Aerospace connectivity business across military, civilian and commercial aviation.
