(Tokheim) were acquired for a purchase price of approximately EUR 411.3 million, or $448.7 million. Integrated within the Fluids segment to provide a comprehensive fuel dispensing offering.
Tokheim broadened Dover's global fuel dispensing footprint, especially in Europe and emerging markets.
