Dover Corporation acquired Demaco Holland B.V. for $42.6 million, a transaction completed in July 2024, structured as all cash.

Demaco Holland B.V. operates in Pumps & Process Solutions, is based in Netherlands. Demaco Holland B.V. is a provider of critical flow control components for cryogenic applications used in a wide range of end markets. Acquired 100 percent of the equity interests for $42.6 million, net of cash acquired and inclusive of contingent consideration.
