EqualLogic, Inc. operates in Enterprise storage (iSCSI SAN), is based in Nashua, New Hampshire, USA. Dell acquired EqualLogic, a maker of high-performance iSCSI storage-area-network systems designed for virtualization and ease of use, for approximately $1.4 billion in cash. It was Dell's largest acquisition to that point and a major step into enterprise storage.
