LGS Innovations and Mastodon Design operates in Signals intelligence / electronic warfare / cyber products, is based in Arlington, Va. (CACI); LGS roots in Bell Labs, had revenue of about Approximately $480 million in incremental revenue and $82 million in EBITDA expected over the 12 months following the two transactions. LGS Innovations, acquired from affiliates of Madison Dearborn Partners and CoVant Management, is a leading provider of real-time spectrum management, C4ISR, and cyber products and solutions to the Intelligence Community and DoD, tracing its roots through Bell Labs. Mastodon Design provides rapid design and manufacturing of rugged signals intelligence (SIGINT), electronic warfare (EW), and cyber operations products with small-form-factor, lightweight, low-power modular designs.

CACI will leverage the integrated technology and capabilities of LGS and Mastodon to create scalable SIGINT, EW, and cyber operations products and solutions, providing advanced operational capabilities to warfighters to address existing and emerging threats. Over the next 12 months the two transactions were expected to add approximately $480 million in revenue and $82 million in EBITDA.
