Founded in 2016 by Kona Shen and Mustafa Abdul-Hamid, the company later expanded to let individual officers deliver anonymous feedback to department leadership. Results are presented through interactive dashboards that preserve privacy and anonymity, and were to be made available on the Axon Network.
Axon framed the deal as an investment in technology that fosters trust between public safety officers and the communities they serve. The My90 tool complements Axon's Community Impact team by delivering deeper community-feedback data and insights to Axon's law-enforcement customers; My90 CEO Kona Shen joined Axon as VP and General Manager of My90.
