Texture (Next Issue Media, LLC) operates in Digital media / magazine subscription, is based in USA. Apple signed an agreement to acquire Texture, the digital-magazine subscription service operated by Next Issue Media, which gave subscribers unlimited access to more than 200 magazine titles for a single monthly fee. Texture had been backed by publishers Conde Nast, Hearst, Meredith and Rogers Media together with KKR. Apple did not disclose financial terms. Texture's catalog was later folded into the Apple News+ subscription.
