Agilysys acquired ResortSuite, a Canada-based fully integrated property management solutions provider focused on the complex multi-amenity and resort market, for $24.8 million in cash. ResortSuite had served resorts and spas across the U.S., U.K. and Canada for over twenty years; the deal strengthened Agilysys's presence in the resort and hotel property management systems space and brought next-generation SaaS and cloud migration options to ResortSuite's customers. ResortSuite became Agilysys Canada, Inc. effective April 1, 2022.
