Established in 2014, My Medic had 2025 revenues of about $19 million and employed 40 people, with an extensive training-video library and over 500,000 social-media followers. The $18.7 million price included $14.6 million paid at closing and $4.1 million in holdbacks ($1.0 million contingent on 2027 revenue milestones and $3.1 million for indemnification).
