Mr. Winn has served as a member of the Board of Directors of ZoomInfo Technologies Inc. since February 2020 and served on the Board of Managers of ZoomInfo Holdings LLC from 2014 to June 2020.
He currently serves as a Managing Member of 22C Capital, a minority investment partner to investors and management teams of B2B data analytics and information & business services companies, which he founded in 2017, and also serves as Managing Member of FiveW Capital. Prior to founding 22C Capital, he was a co-founder, Co-Managing Partner and ultimately Executive Managing Director/CEO of Capital IQ from 1999 to 2011.
He holds an A.B. from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University.
