Ashley S. Evans

Ms. Evans has served as a member of the Board of Directors of ZoomInfo Technologies Inc. since February 2020 and served on the Board of Managers of ZoomInfo Holdings LLC from 2018 to June 2020.

She currently serves as a Partner at Francisco Partners, a global investment firm that partners with technology businesses, which she joined in 2022. Prior to that she was a Partner at The Carlyle Group, which she joined in 2006. She invests in enterprise software businesses.

She holds an A.B. summa cum laude from Harvard College, an M.Phil from the University of Cambridge, and an M.B.A. from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business.
