Shashank Patel served as Chief Financial Officer of Watts Water Technologies from July 2018 until July 28, 2025, when he stepped down as part of a planned retirement and Ryan Lada was appointed to succeed him.
He joined Watts from Xylem Inc., where he most recently served as Vice President of Finance for the Applied Water Systems, Dewatering and Americas Commercial Team, capping 21 years of finance, operations and engineering leadership roles across ITT Corporation and Xylem.
After handing off the role, Mr. Patel remained employed by the Company in a reduced capacity from October 10, 2025 to December 31, 2025, at which point his salary was reduced to an annualized rate of $240,000 and his target bonus percentage to 25%; he is treated as a named executive officer for 2025 as one of three individuals who served as the Company's principal financial officer during the year.
