Mr. Pagano has served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Watts Water Technologies since May 2014 and as Chairperson of the Board since February 2022; he also served as interim Chief Financial Officer for periods in 2014-2015 and in 2018. Before joining Watts he was Senior Vice President of ITT Corporation and President of ITT Industrial Process, having joined ITT in 1997 and held roles including Vice President Finance, Corporate Controller and President of Industrial Products. A Certified Public Accountant who earlier worked at KPMG LLP, he also serves on the board of directors of Applied Industrial Technologies, Inc. since August 2017 and on the board of The Water Council since October 2021.

She is one of three individuals deemed a named executive officer for 2025 because each served as the Company's principal financial officer during the year.

Ryan LadaFormer Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Lada was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Watts Water Technologies on July 28, 2025 and was hired with a base salary of $525,000, set by the Compensation Committee based on a competitive assessment, his salary with his former employer and his prior experience as a chief financial officer of a public company. On November 14, 2025 he notified the Company of his decision to resign to pursue another opportunity and was removed as Chief Financial Officer on November 15, 2025. He is treated as a named executive officer for 2025 as one of three individuals who served as the Company's principal financial officer during the year.

Shashank PatelFormer Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Patel served as Chief Financial Officer of Watts Water Technologies until July 28, 2025, having previously announced his intention to retire during 2025. He remained employed by the Company in a reduced role from October 10, 2025 to December 31, 2025, at which point his salary was reduced to an annualized rate of $240,000 and his target bonus percentage was reduced to 25%. He is treated as a named executive officer for 2025 as one of three individuals who served as the Company's principal financial officer during the year.

Mr. Dhawan serves as Chief Operating Officer of Watts Water Technologies and is one of the Company's named executive officers for 2025. The Compensation Committee approved a 3.5% merit increase to his base salary effective April 1, 2025, raising it from $489,200 to $506,300, and set his 2025 target bonus at 55% of salary. His annual incentive financial objectives included a segment earnings objective specific to his role.

Kenneth R. LepageGeneral Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Sustainability Officer & Secretary

Mr. Lepage serves as General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Sustainability Officer and Secretary of Watts Water Technologies, signing the notice of the 2026 Annual Meeting by order of the Board. As Chief Sustainability Officer he reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer with general oversight responsibility for sustainability matters and chairs the Company's global management-level Sustainability Steering Committee.
