Melissa H. Anderson has served as a Vulcan director since 2019 and is Chief Business Transformation Officer of Albemarle Corporation. She has served as the top human resources executive for four publicly traded companies over the past 15 years, including Duke Energy and Domtar.

O. B. Grayson Hall, Jr. has served as a Vulcan director since 2014 and is the former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Regions Financial Corporation, where he worked from 1980 in roles of increasing responsibility. He is a former Class A Director of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta.

James T. Prokopanko has served as a Vulcan director since 2009 and is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of The Mosaic Company. Before joining Mosaic in 2006 he spent many years at Cargill, Inc. in a range of senior leadership positions.

George A. Willis has served as a Vulcan director since 2020 and is the former President of U.S. Operations of UPS, with more than 35 years of experience in logistics and operations. He currently serves on the boards of JM Huber Corporation and Vorto.

Thomas A. Fanning has served as a Vulcan director since 2015 and is the former Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Southern Company, where he worked for more than 40 years. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Southern Company and as Chairman of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta.

Cynthia L. Hostetler has served as a Vulcan director since 2014 and is the former Head of Investment Funds at the Overseas Private Investment Corporation. She began her career as a corporate lawyer and currently serves as a director of Resideo Technologies and a trustee of the Invesco Funds.

Richard T. O'Brien has served as a Vulcan director since 2008 and is an independent mining consultant and former Chief Executive Officer of Newmont Mining Corporation. Having served as CFO of four different public companies, he provides the Board with considerable financial reporting and accounting experience.

Lydia H. Kennard has served as a Vulcan director since 2022 and is President and Chief Executive Officer of KDG Construction Consulting and Quality Engineering Solutions. She previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Los Angeles World Airports, which operates Los Angeles International Airport.

Kathleen L. Quirk has served as a Vulcan director since 2017 and is President and Chief Executive Officer of Freeport-McMoRan Inc., where she previously served as Chief Financial Officer. She has more than 30 years of experience in the Freeport organization and is designated an audit committee financial expert.

David P. Steiner has served as a Vulcan director since 2017 and became the United States Postmaster General in July 2025. He previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Waste Management, Inc. and on the board of FedEx Corporation.

Lee J. Styslinger, III has served as a Vulcan director since 2013 and is Co-Owner and a Director of Altec, Inc., which he previously led as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. He has over 20 years of experience leading companies in the heavy equipment industry and has advised on U.S. trade policy.

J. Thomas Hill was elected Executive Chairman of the Board effective January 1, 2026, after serving as Chairman since 2016 and as Chief Executive Officer from July 2014 through December 2025. He has been with Vulcan for more than 30 years in a variety of operations and general management roles of increasing responsibility.

Ronnie A. Pruitt was appointed Chief Executive Officer and elected to the Board effective January 1, 2026, having previously served as Chief Operating Officer from September 2023 through December 2025. He joined Vulcan through its 2021 acquisition of U.S. Concrete, where he had served as President and Chief Executive Officer.

Thompson S. Baker II was elected President effective September 2023 after serving as Chief Operating Officer since May 2019 and Senior Vice President from March 2017 to April 2019. He notified the company on May 11, 2026 of his plan to retire from the President role effective July 15, 2026.

Mary Andrews Carlisle was appointed Chief Financial Officer effective September 1, 2022, having previously led a range of financial, operational and corporate initiatives as Vice President, Finance since March 2020. She joined Vulcan in 2006 and has held roles of increasing responsibility across multiple divisions as well as corporate finance and business development.

Stanley G. Bass was elected Chief Strategy Officer in March 2021 after serving as Chief Growth Officer since February 2016. He has held numerous senior division and regional leadership positions at Vulcan, including Senior Vice President of the Western and Mountain West Divisions and President of the Midsouth and Southwest Divisions.

Denson N. Franklin III joined Vulcan in December 2019 as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. Before joining the company he was a partner at Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP in Birmingham, Alabama, where he served as Vulcan's primary outside counsel for more than 20 years.

Mitesh B. Shah is Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, having joined Vulcan in 2019 as Deputy General Counsel. He previously served as President of the Southern and Gulf Coast Division and, before joining Vulcan, was a partner at Maynard Nexsen PC in Birmingham, Alabama.

David P. Clement is Senior Vice President of Operations Support and Strategic Sourcing, having previously served as Senior Vice President of the Central Division since August 2021 and of the Mountain West and Western Divisions since March 2020. He first joined the organization as an operations management trainee in 1983 and has held numerous operations and general management roles over his career.

Brent P. Goodsell serves as Senior Vice President of the East Region, having joined Vulcan in 2021 as President of the Central Division. He began his career in his family-owned waste management business and later held numerous leadership positions at Republic Services, including 10 years as an Area President.

Jerry F. Perkins Jr. is Chief Administrative Officer, having previously served as Senior Vice President of Business Development, Commercial Excellence, Land and Logistics since March 2024 and in senior division leadership roles before that. He joined Vulcan in 2002 and has also served as its General Counsel and Corporate Secretary; earlier in his career he was a certified public accountant and an attorney at Burr & Forman LLP.

Randy L. Pigg was elected Vice President, Controller and Principal Accounting Officer in April 2018, after serving as Vice President, Accounting since June 2016 and Director, Financial Shared Services since April 2014. He has held a number of positions with Vulcan, including Manager of Financial Research and Reporting and Finance Director of the Central Region.

James T. Polomsky serves as Senior Vice President of the West Region, having joined Vulcan in 2007 as a Business Analyst in the former Midwest Division. He was promoted to President of the Western Division in 2020 and has held a range of sales, transportation and general management positions.
