Gregory R. Liebbe served as Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller (Principal Accounting Officer) of Ventas, and was a signatory to the Company's Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2025.
Mr. Liebbe served Ventas for approximately 20 years, including 10 years as Chief Accounting Officer. On February 16, 2026 he informed the Company he was resigning to pursue other opportunities, with his last day of employment February 27, 2026. His resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company regarding accounting practices or financial reporting.
He was appointed Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller effective September 24, 2015, having risen through the Ventas finance organization as Vice President of Accounting (2011-2015), Director of Accounting (2011) and Manager of Accounting (2007-2011).
Before joining Ventas, he held accounting leadership positions at Brown-Forman, Accenture, Aon Corporation and Northern Trust; he is a Certified Public Accountant with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Iowa and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from Loyola University.
