Carey S. Roberts has served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Ethics & Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary of Ventas since March 2020, responsible for Ventas's legal, compliance, tax, government relations and risk departments and overseeing its sustainability strategy and initiatives.
