Michael Graff has been a Senior Advisor at Warburg Pincus LLC since 2020 and was a Managing Director of the firm from 2003 to 2020. He was formerly President and Chief Operating Officer of Bombardier Aerospace and earlier worked in management consulting at McKinsey & Company. He brings extensive aerospace industry experience along with knowledge of acquisitions and capital market transactions, having helped guide TransDigm through its IPO, the financial crisis, and the COVID-19 pandemic. He serves on the Nominating and Corporate Governance and Executive Committees.
