Kevin M. Stein served as Chief Executive Officer of TransDigm from April 2018 to September 30, 2025 and as President from January 2017 to September 30, 2025, having also served as Chief Operating Officer from January 2017 to March 2018 and as Chief Operating Officer of the Power & Control segment through 2016. Before joining TransDigm he was President of the Structurals Division and an Executive Vice President of Precision Castparts Corporation.
Following his retirement as CEO he entered into a consulting agreement to support the executive transition and is not standing for re-election at the 2026 Annual Meeting.
