Robyn Denholm has been a Tesla director since 2014 and Chair of the Board since November 2018. She brings nearly 30 years of executive leadership experience at NYSE- and Nasdaq-listed companies, including significant risk management, financial and accounting expertise and technology leadership, having served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer of two technology companies.
In January 2021 she joined Blackbird Ventures as an Operating Partner (transitioning to its board in 2024) and founded Wollemi Capital Group. She previously served as CFO and Head of Strategy and COO of Telstra Corporation, in executive roles including EVP, CFO and COO at Juniper Networks, and in various executive roles at Sun Microsystems.
