Y.H. Liaw is TSMC's Vice President of Operations/Fab Operations II and CEO of JASM, the company's manufacturing venture in Japan. He joined TSMC in 1988, held various positions in manufacturing functions, and holds an M.S. degree in chemical engineering from National Tsing Hua University.
