Dr. Min Cao is TSMC's Vice President of Research & Development/Pathfinding and Corporate Research, promoted to Vice President in February 2018. He joined TSMC in 2002, participated in the development of multiple generations of advanced CMOS technology, and holds a Ph.D. in physics from Stanford University.
