Dr. Chuan Lin has extensive public-service and academic experience, having served as Premier and Minister of Finance of the R.O.C. Executive Yuan and as Minister of the Directorate General of Budget, Accounting and Statistics. He formerly chaired Vanguard International Semiconductor Corp. and currently chairs TTY Biopharm Company Ltd. and TSH Biopharm Corporation, and holds a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
