Lois M. Martin

Ms. Martin has been chief financial officer of Mortenson Companies, Inc., an $11 billion privately held conglomerate, since 2017 and has more than 30 years of financial experience. She was previously executive vice president and chief financial officer of Ceridian Corporation from 2012 to 2017 and held senior financial roles at Capella University, World Data Products and Deluxe Corporation. She has served as a director of Donnelley Financial Solutions, Inc. since 2016, where she chairs the Audit Committee.
