Mr. Selby has served as senior vice president – human resources and public affairs of A. O. Smith since 2024. He was previously chief operating officer of Board & Brush Creative Studio from 2015 to 2024, chief human resource officer at Gardner Denver from 2014 to 2015, and vice president of international human resources at Regal Beloit from 2011 to 2014; earlier he held human resources leadership roles at A. O. Smith Electrical Products Company from 2001 to 2011.
