Romitha S. Mally has over 30 years of experience in financial services as an investment banker and equity research analyst, beginning at Goldman Sachs covering the food sector from 1998 to 2005. In August 2021 she founded the Mally Collective, a boutique financial advisory firm that advises consumer companies on value maximization through strategic initiatives, M&A and capital markets transactions; she was previously a Vice Chairman in Investment Banking at UBS Group AG (2019 to 2021), Managing Director and Head of Consumer Corporate Advisory for North America at Greenhill & Co. (2018 to 2019), and a Managing Director at JP Morgan (2013 to 2018). She is a director of Hungryroot, Inc. since 2021, serves on the Audit and Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Committees, and holds a B.Sc. from The London School of Economics and an MBA from The University of Chicago.
