Joseph J. Schena served as Chief of Staff at Cohen Enterprises, a private holding company focused on C&S Wholesale Grocers and Warehouse Technologies, from November 2015 to April 2019. Earlier he was CEO and President of Bacardi International Limited and CFO of Bacardi Limited, and before that CFO and Executive Vice President of C&S Wholesale Grocers, Inc.
He was an Operating Partner at Centerview Capital Consumer from 2007 to 2012, was involved in the $5.5 billion privatization of Del Monte Foods and the acquisition of Richelieu Foods, and held senior finance roles at Gillette (VP Global Financial Operations, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller) and its P&G business unit, plus senior financial and strategy roles at Kraft/Nabisco from 1980 to 2000. He holds an MBA in Finance and a BBA in Accounting from Iona College.
