Lawton W. Fitt has been Chairperson of Progressive's Board since May 2018, having served as Lead Independent Director before that, and is a retired partner of The Goldman Sachs Group. A director since 2009, she brings substantial experience in investment banking, strategic transactions, risk analysis, and capital markets, along with a deep understanding of Progressive's culture and long-term strategy.
