Craig F. Courtemanche, Jr. is the founder of Procore Technologies and currently serves as Chair of the Board, continuing to lead the Board. He served as Procore's Chief Executive Officer from January 2002 to November 2025 and as President from November 2019 to November 2025, having previously held the President role from January 2002 to May 2004.
On November 10, 2025, Mr. Courtemanche resigned as CEO and President upon the appointment of Ajei S. Gopal, and has since remained deeply engaged with the Company's strategic priorities and customer relationships. Before founding Procore, he was founder and CEO of Webcage, a software consulting firm, from 1996 to 2001, and a software engineer at Skip Steveley & Associates from 1993 to 1996.
