Wendy E. Stark is Executive Vice President-Utilities and Chief Legal Officer of PPL Corporation, a position she has held since November 2024. She joined PPL in April 2021 and has progressed through general counsel, chief legal officer and corporate secretary roles.
Before joining PPL she was Senior Vice President, Legal and Regulatory Strategy and General Counsel at Pepco Holdings, LLC, a subsidiary of Exelon, where she led the legal and regulatory affairs departments, overseeing all legal matters and regulatory strategy for several electric and gas utilities across multiple jurisdictions.
