Phoebe A. Wood is an independent director of PPL Corporation and chair of its Governance, Nominating and Sustainability Committee, bringing extensive experience as a senior financial executive, including in the energy industry, and as a board director with publicly traded companies. She contributes broad experience in finance, accounting, strategic planning, capital markets and risk management.
Ms. Wood has also overseen management of information technology and brings significant knowledge of corporate governance and environmental, social and governance issues. She has served as Chief Executive Officer of KirtleyWood LLC, a board advisory firm, since January 2025, and is a member of the North American Advisory Council of Chatham House.
