Linda G. Sullivan is an independent director of PPL Corporation, bringing three decades of financial and leadership experience in the regulated utility industry. As the newest board member, she draws on deep roots in the utility industry and experience across multiple regulated sectors.
During her tenure as Chief Financial Officer of American Water Works Company, the company experienced significant growth and increased total shareholder returns; she also led operations for technology, cyber and physical security, supply chain, research and development, and environmental compliance. In April 2024 she was appointed non-executive independent Board chair of NorthWestern Energy Group. Ms. Sullivan is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and a Certified Management Accountant.
