Craig A. Rogerson is the independent Chair of the Board of PPL Corporation, bringing significant senior executive leadership and strategic, organizational, operational and risk management expertise. Having retired in January 2023, he draws on years of demonstrated leadership as the former chief executive officer of large global chemical manufacturing companies, which he led through business and industry transformations.
His early background as a chemical engineer and prior service on the American Chemistry Council and Society of Chemical Industry boards have contributed to his skills in operations, safety and innovation, along with extensive environmental oversight and corporate governance experience.
