Craig A. Conway has served as a Paylocity director since March 2024 and sits on the compensation and the nominating and corporate governance committees. He previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of PeopleSoft, Inc., an enterprise application software company, from 1999 to 2004, and as President and CEO of One Touch Systems from 1996 to 1999 and TGV Software from 1993 to 1996.
Mr. Conway currently serves as a director of Salesforce, Inc. and Nutanix, Inc. He previously served as a director of Guidewire Software, Inc. from December 2010 until January 2019 and Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. from September 2009 until May 2013.
Mr. Conway holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics from SUNY Brockport.
