Steven R. Beauchamp is Paylocity's Executive Chairman and a director, having served as Executive Chairman since August 2024. He previously served as Co-Chief Executive Officer from March 2022 until August 2024 and as Chief Executive Officer from September 2007 until March 2022. Prior to joining Paylocity in 2007, he was employed by Paychex, Inc. from 2002 to 2007 as VP of Product Management and a Corporate Officer, and he holds a B.B.A. from Wilfrid Laurier University and an M.B.A. from Queen's University.

Linda M. Breard has served as a Paylocity director since October 2023. She currently serves as a director of Insight Enterprises, Inc., a publicly traded Fortune 500 global technology company, and of PotlatchDeltic Corporation, a publicly traded forest products company, chairing the audit committee at both. She previously held senior financial roles including Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Washington and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Quantum Corporation, and she is a certified public accountant.

Virginia G. Breen has served as a Paylocity director since September 2018 and has been an institutional investor and board member in private and public equity for more than 30 years. She serves as a trustee/director/manager across the Neuberger Berman registered private equity/private credit fund complex, the UBS A&Q Fund Complex, and the Calamos Fund Complex. She holds an M.B.A. from Columbia University and an A.B. in Computer Science from Harvard College.

Craig A. Conway has served as a Paylocity director since March 2024. He previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of PeopleSoft, Inc. from 1999 to 2004, as well as President and CEO of One Touch Systems and TGV Software. He currently serves on the boards of Salesforce, Inc. and Nutanix, Inc., and he holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics from SUNY Brockport.

Robin L. Pederson has served as a Paylocity director since March 2020 and currently serves as Executive Chairman of Sauce Labs, a web and mobile application testing company. He has held numerous executive chairman and operating roles in technology companies, including as an Operating Executive at Marlin Equity Partners from 2013 to 2017 and as COO of Infor Global Solutions. He holds a B.S.B.A. from the University of North Dakota.

Andres D. Reiner has served as a Paylocity director since September 2014. From 2010 until June 2025 he served as President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of PROS Holdings, Inc., a publicly traded enterprise software company, where he had held a series of positions since 1999 including Senior Vice President of Product Development and Executive Vice President of Product and Marketing. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science with a minor in Mathematics from the University of Houston.

Kenneth B. Robinson has served as a Paylocity director since March 2020. He was Senior Vice President of Audit Services at Exelon Corporation from 2016 to 2020 and previously spent almost 40 years at The Procter & Gamble Company in senior finance leadership roles, including Chief Financial Officer of Global Personal Beauty Care and Global Chief Audit Executive. He currently serves as a director of Abercrombie & Fitch Co. and Occidental Petroleum Company, and he holds a B.S. from Mississippi State University and an M.B.A. from the University of Memphis.

Steven I. Sarowitz founded Paylocity in 1997 and serves as a director. He was the Chief Executive Officer of Blue Marble Payroll, an international payroll aggregator, prior to its acquisition by Paylocity in August 2021, and he is a director of Payescape Ltd and Angel Studios, Inc. Prior to founding Paylocity he worked at Robert F. White, a Chicago-based payroll service firm, and later served as an executive at three privately-held payroll companies; he holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana.

Ronald V. Waters III has served as a Paylocity director since November 2013 and also serves as the Lead Independent Director. He has been an independent business consultant since May 2010 and previously served as Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of LoJack Corporation. He has held senior finance roles including Chief Financial Officer at Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company and Controller at The Gillette Company, was a partner at KPMG LLP, and has served on the boards of Fortune Brands Innovations, HNI Corp., and Chiquita Brands International.

Toby J. Williams is Paylocity's President and Chief Executive Officer and has served as a director since March 2022. He served as Co-Chief Executive Officer from March 2022 until August 2024 and as Chief Financial Officer from September 2017 until March 2022. Prior to joining Paylocity, he held several positions at Ellucian, Inc., most recently as Chief Product and Strategy Officer, and was Director of Corporate Development at Paychex, Inc.; he holds a B.A. from Houghton College and an M.B.A. and J.D. from The Ohio State University.

Ryan Glenn is Paylocity's Chief Financial Officer, a role he has held since March 2022. Prior to that he served as Senior Vice President of Finance since August 2021, and from June 2018 to August 2021 as Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis and Investor Relations, having joined Paylocity in October 2013. Before Paylocity he held various roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from 2010 to 2013, last serving as a Manager in the Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory Practice, and he earned a B.S. from the University at Buffalo and an M.B.A. from The Johnson School at Cornell University.

Joshua Scutt has served as Senior Vice President of Sales at Paylocity since August 2021, having previously served as Vice President, Sales from October 2018 to August 2021. Prior to joining Paylocity, he served as Vice President of Enterprise Sales at NCR from 2017 to 2018 and held various positions at ADP from 1997 to 2016, most recently as Senior Vice President of Small Business Sales. He holds a B.A. in Education from Northern Michigan University.

Melissa King has served as Senior Vice President of Product and Technology at Paylocity since December 2024. Prior to that she served in numerous roles at Ellucian, a higher education technology solutions provider, including Senior Vice President and Chief of Commercial Excellence, Senior Vice President and Chief Transformation Officer, and Senior Vice President, Revenue Strategy & Operations. She holds a B.B.A. from the University of Alaska Fairbanks.

Andrew Cappotelli is Paylocity's Senior Vice President of Operations and has served in numerous roles at the company since 2018, including Vice President of Finance, Chief Compliance/Risk Officer, and Chief Accounting Officer from June 2018 until September 2021. Prior to joining Paylocity, he served as Vice President at Trinet, Inc. and held various financial leadership roles at Paychex, Inc. from 2006 to 2017. He earned both his BBA in Accounting and his MBA from Saint Bonaventure University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Nicholas Rost has served as Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer of Paylocity since September 2021 and Treasurer since July 2024. From May 2019 to September 2021 he served as Corporate Controller of the company, and from 2017 to 2019 he held various financial leadership roles at Joyson Safety Systems, including Chief Accounting Officer. From 2003 to 2017 he worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, most recently as a Senior Manager in the Assurance Practice, and he earned his B.S.B.A. in Accounting Information Systems from Central Michigan University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
