Until his retirement in 2024, Mr. Kennedy was a senior client partner with Korn Ferry, the global organizational consulting firm, where he was part of its global financial services market and a leader in its Diversity Center of Expertise. He previously held senior positions at GE Capital, Wachovia and J.P. Morgan & Co., and was appointed by President Obama to chair the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board, the largest U.S. pension fund, serving until his term ended in 2020. He chairs Old Republic's Governance and Nominating Committee and serves on the Audit and Executive Committees.
