John R. Murphy is an Independent Director of O'Reilly Automotive, Inc., serving on the Audit Committee and chairing the Human Capital and Compensation Committee. He served as Interim Chief Financial Officer of Summit Materials, Inc. in 2013, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Smurfit-Stone Container Corporation from 2009 to 2010, and held progressive leadership roles at Accuride Corporation, Inc., including President and Chief Executive Officer from 2007 to 2008.
